1) Who are you?
My name is FaithNight, I'm Chaos Magician lvl 92.
I don't have other pjs, my server is undine and this is my first guild
2) Who do you know that is already in NineSigns or who are you expecting to meet once inside?

I want to be part of this family xD
3) Have you read and agree to our guild rules?
I agree terms
4) Are you able to siege and or timed attack, or do you have any aversion to pvp? Do you have known enemies?

Pending word from Mons, I don't think we have a lot of peeps your level so we might need a commitment from some folks to help you quest. Getting a headset and getting on TS might be your best shot at this, even before joining guild and again, Mr Monster is in charge there too.
