I'll have to look into it internally, could take a while to fix as something could have been "touched" by powers higher than forum admin. Mons you have all the same abilities I do, but I doubt you touched anything to do with account activation.

I went through 20 questions with MrSlay and activated his account by hand. We'll worry about activation after the application process.
