I am sad to inform you that my parrot, Grga, died few minutes ago...He has been in my family for 7 or 8 years... RIP

Sorry to hear that Oxy, I never had a bird so I don't know if he was long lived or not, but I'm sure he was happy when he was with you I love you

Sorry to hear about your Parrot Oxy. I know it is hard to lose a pet. Sad

Dae, I believe that parrots can live a very long time, 50+ years.

Side note: Don't know about the smaller parrots but the big fellows (cocky / cockatoo), depending on their species, can live up to even 100 years. Pretty impressive for a bird.

well, this one was size of thumb, and as far as i now from googleing about parrots, they are used to live up to 10-15 years at human, couse they are used to live much more in nature if you know what i mean. 8D

anyway it was nice to have something screem every morning when you wake up and every time be4 you go 2 bed... Im going to miss him for sure!
