Goodluck on your application, you shouldn't have left in first place, but that doesn't matter now. The thing is that you should have asked for my vote, instead of just puting my name in your app. Not that I would have said NO, but it's not really nice of you, my vote is Pending, it is weird for me to see my name in the list on someone's app. while I had no one idea that the app. even exists.

I have a question for you BT, have you considered asking for admittance to 9s jrs instead? My main thought on recommending this move to you is because of your level, there aren't many people around in 9s that are within party range of you - there are a few alts parked in 9s but those are always the first to get kicked when we need to add new people. I just know that it can be frustrating to be in a guild where you aren't within range to party with anyone who is online, because to me personally I don't really see the point. Whereas jrs could be very beneficial to you, and help you out a lot more. Just a thought.

BT is family to Todash and us. I'll vote yes.

I am not sure exactly what happened that day that caused all of this, but he is still a little kid and i think we should just let this one go.

But if Mystic still disagrees, i guess an alternative would be to invite BT to JRs for now as Vashti suggested. Maybe when he shows that he can rejoin the main guild we can recount the votes then.

The night of the "big explosion" with BT, I was sadly not online, nor did I obtain screen shots. However the behavior afterwards was what moved me to remove LilDuo from the guild, and I hear caused some issues in TeamSpeak as well. What I'm going to ask BabyTodash is a simple question, and will decide my vote. Did you think about what you did that caused so many people in the guild to become upset? Recommended reading would be our guild rules, especially sections about PKing and begging of higher levels. I await your response.

At this point, Ill say no. To flame guildies and then threaten to go to a Rival guild doesn't sit right with me.

Big yes from me,,,,and gonna put my foot down asking an easy question,,,,,wich or most old players like me or new ones didnt had a night or a day u was about sent everyone to hell?? or frustrated or got pissed off with any reasson?? BT admited his mistake and he is sorry thats enough for me,,,and mystic ,,, many times i had to allow people enter the guild even when i didnt wanted so i dont see a reasson u cant just let it be,,,,is a guildie family + was already a guild member enough reassons to me to trow my opinion in here yes from me

1. he has been told 100 times not to pk in moon and salt mines and continues to harass low players .
2. he bugs guild mates to give him pets , free stuff all the time . many complaint on that .
3. he sits in town and dose not lv his toon . or he is red name see #1
4. he threw a tierate in guild chat and said he would go find a better guild and one that hates 9's .
5. logged into TS with piss and vinegar and switched channels spamming and the server ban him a few mins and come back in after auto ban doing same thing 3 more times till i had enough and perm ban him .
6. he left on his own accord. he was given the free pass to get in the first time . not worth a second free pass for above stated reasons imo

Something I would like to point out as it would be easy to forget looking at pixels on a screen...BT is only a young boy, and as such WILL act immature at times. Yes, his actions were bad, but there were also a few adults here in the guild who may not have been too...kind in their giving of advice to him, which didn't help the situation.

Now, as a kid we shouldn't expect the same level of maturity as ourselves but, Dae has pointed out a couple specific things (notably 1-3 of above post) that he will be expected to be mindful of and provided he can follow them, I don't see why he shouldn't be allowed back in...

Or as Vash has pointed out, there really isn't anyone in his level range in the main guild so another option could be allowing him into the jrs. guild for awhile before coming back to the main guild.

If anything, I think he should go into Jrs until he levels up a bit. That im ok with

Well, after hearing what everyone has said, I think I have a solution. When other people have caused this much disturbance, they've been removed from guild with no chance to re-enter. Bear that in mind BT while reading all of this.

Firstly, please refrain from using TS until Mystic says it's ok, and he has the right to say no for good. It's his personal property he is nice enough to allow us to use (and not abuse) so this is completely his decision.

Secondly, after hearing what has been said here and private conversations with some people, the best option I have is to admit BT to NSJ until he reaches 120 and then have him re-apply to the main guild. This will still allow him to participate in sieges where practical, have people around his level to play with, and also do the guild a service of recruiting for NSJ. Since he was around 110 when he left the guild, we know this stay will not be long before you can reapply to the main guild. While you are there we will be looking for you to show us the change and commitment to the guild you were lacking before. If this solution is acceptable please contact me, EvilMystic, Shad0wArcher, or Battleb1rD for an invite.

Thanks Dae. I think this is the best solution. I should probably keep my mouth shut, but I can't. I almost stopped reading this post after my initial comment. Couple of things. If someone considers me their friend and would like to use me as a reference, they would never have to ask for my permission. Yes, at the start BT pked alot. It is a game to him, and that was fun for him as well as part of the game. But BT refrained from pking for a very long time out of respect of Dae's wishes until the night he left. He was very upset with what happened and I guess he needed to vent a little, so he did. I have never even been able to get him to tell me exactly what happened. All I know is that Frosty really upset him. I even let my emotions get the best of me and left the next night for my own reasons. I did the right thing, because it gave me time to cool off. I wish I was around when all of this took place, because I probably could have stopped it. I talked to him on the phone right after he left the guild and could tell he was upset, but did not find out until later that he had left. You are right mystic. He had not been lvling much lately. With school and other activities, such as chores and soccer, he has not had alot of time that he could block off for DPs. He liked to get on and chat, because he is a very chatty kid and enjoyed chatting with most of the ppl in the guild. I will probably not allow BT to use TS anyway so we should not have to worry about that. TS is not really a place for kids anyway.

I need to extend a special thank you to Rubba for always being an awesome friend to BT. If you knew how highly he spoke of you, you would be flattered. It is not for the things you did for him or gave him, but because you were always there for him. You never pushed him away. And that is AWESOME!!!!

I think I have said enough, and maybe too much, but oh well!

If anything, this is an argument against allowing him back. It's not his fault for being a kid, and his behaviour likewise, but we gotta stay practical here. 9s is a serious guild aiming at a certain level of maturity. We can't all get along, I realize that, but we do expect at least some semblance of being able to resolve issues in a more or less civilized manner. If BT can't conform to that, then this is not the guild for him. We're not some kindergarten where the rest of us has to walk on eggs just to consider the feelings of a select few.

I'd like to stress that I don't know what happened, and that all of my information is hearsay. I understand that not being able to party with other guildies is part of the problem? If so, then the answer is simple:

I have no problem with BT from the few occasions where we interacted, but I'll abstain from voting because I don't know how things escalated.
